We are happy to welcome you to our holiday home. On this page you will find the house rules, useful numbers, information about waste sorting, Wi-Fi and logistical directions.
You can download the full house rules in your language. We kindly ask you to read them before or at the beginning of your stay.
The house is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Access is allowed for loading/unloading in the morning from 6:00 to 9:00 and in the afternoon from 14:30 to 15:30.
Outside the ZTL access hours, we recommend loading/unloading by parking the car on the seafront.
There is a large free parking area beyond the ring road, reachable through a convenient underpass.
Open parkingThe house is arranged over several floors connected by internal stairs. As it is a historic building, the stairs are rather narrow and the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Check-out by 10:00.
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00.
For arrivals outside these hours, self check-in instructions will be provided.
Two sets of keys are provided. On departure, they must be left in the niche by the entrance door. In case of loss, a charge of €25 will apply.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and dishes. If they are not cleaned, a charge of €25 will apply.
Before leaving and before a storm arrives, the fabric cover must be gathered and tied with the appropriate strap.
Do not sit on the terrace wall and do not lean against the glass railing.
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Please do not put cigarette butts out in the plant pots and do not throw them around.
There is one fire extinguisher on each floor, to be used only in case of emergency.
We ask you to respect common sense and good manners. Do not make disturbing noises after 24:00 and before 7:00, do not throw objects from the terrace and keep the common areas clean.
